Oliver has been in the property industry for over 20 years covering multiple markets throughout Hampshire. With a commitment to quality and an instinctive understanding of property matters, Oliver is a skilled negotiator and has particular expertise in customer service, passionate about delivering an experience beyond the client's expectations. After starting a career in Sales, Oliver moved into the Lettings market in 2008 finding the fast pace of a growing industry exciting and he has never looked back. Married with a Daughter and son Oliver enjoys spending time with his immediate and extended family, as well as socialising at rugby and cricket with a long lasting, close group of friends.


Janine Bartram

Finance and Operations Director

Janine is a vital part of the LetCo team and offers our landlords and tenants a personal financial experience. She is a driven, commercially aware Accountant with over 17 years in the business. Janine offers insight, advice and understanding on all finance and operational matters. Janine has been with LetCo for over 7 years and has witnessed the growth of the brand first-hand. When not at work she enjoys going to the gym, travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Area Sales and Lettings Valuation Manager

George has worked in the estate agency industry for over 7 years and has a wealth of experience in both property sales and lettings. Having worked in various locations such as Winchester, Southampton and Portsmouth, George is perfectly equipped to provide a comprehensive insight to any homeowners situated within the South Coast of England. George's passion for delivering an elite service companied with his ability to fluently communicate market trends with landlords and vendors alike make him a great asset for anyone in need of property advice. In his spare time George follows his beloved Southampton FC home and away. He also enjoys socialising with his friends and spending time with his family.


Adam Pullinger

South Coast Lettings Manager

Adam brings over 12 years of diverse property experience to the industry. He has been with LetCo for over 7 years and has been able to put his knowledge into Lettings, Property Management, Inventories, Checkouts and mid-term inspections. As Lettings Manager, Adam oversees the daily operations of the Lettings team and secures new business with residential and portfolio landlords. Known for his friendly approach, he consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. In his spare time, Adam enjoys relaxing, catching up with friends, and immersing himself in a good box set.

Emily has worked within LetCo for 3 years and continues to expand her knowledge within the industry. Our clients have experienced Emily’s excellent customer service first-hand, helping our tenants and landlords with a smooth and stress-free move. In her spare time Emily enjoys relaxing with her dogs at the beach.

Senior Property Manager

Katy has worked for LetCo since 2016 and has over 10 years experience in all aspects of Property Management. She is extremely passionate and has an in-depth knowledge of customer service, legislation and lettings, ensuring her department exceed its clients' expectations at all times. Katy lives with her husband and daughter and enjoys spending her spare time with them as well as her extended family and close friends.


Megan Jones

Megan Jones

Property manager

Megan has had over 7 years of experience in the industry, which includes a range of roles from producing high- quality inventories, checkouts and inspection reports, right through to managing a portfolio from Winchester to Brighton. She has an excellent eye for detail which ensures that any issues are highlighted and dealt with efficiently. Megan has been with LetCo for 4 years and has a built a good relationship with both landlords and tenants during this time. Megan loves a weekend in with her 2 bulldogs and watching a good TV show.


Sue Stewart

Sue Stewart

Property Manager

Sue has been in the Industry since 1995, she worked for an Independent Estate Agents based in Surrey for over 20 years and has a wealth of knowledge in both Sales and lettings, where she progressed her way to Manager, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and care when dealing with all her customers. Sue relocated to Hampshire and joined LetCo in December 2017 and continues to deliver the highest standard to our clients. Outside of work Sue has three children and a grandchild she loves interior design, travelling and relaxing.


Robert Allen

Robert Allen

In House Maintenance Engineer

Rob has 16 years of experience within the maintenance field. He joined LetCo in February 2018 as the in-house maintenance engineer. Rob is popular with both our landlords and tenants, they love the fact Rob is on hand to help when needed at the drop of a hat, especially for everyday maintenance issues. Rob has enjoyed living in and renovating properties over the last 20 years although he sometimes feels like it’s a busman’s holiday.
